すべての期間PX（ペドロヒメネス）シェリー樽熟成のグローバルリリースです。世界へ23,000本の限定リリースで、日本への入荷は1,320本です。アイラ島産ピートをたっぷりと焚き込んだフェノール値50ppmのヘビーピーテッド麦芽を使用し、PXシェリーの空き樽で全ての期間熟成した61樽をヴァッティング。シトラスの甘みとピートスモークが広がるキルホーマンの酒質とPXシェリー樽の甘美で豊かな個性がバランス調和したおすすめの1本です。キルホーマン蒸溜所は2005年、アイラ島に124年ぶりに設立された「ファームディスティラリー（農場型蒸溜所）」です。蒸溜所の近隣に広がるピート（泥炭）を生かしてつくられる個性的なスモーキーウイスキーは、多くのウイスキーファンを魅了しています。

フィオナ・マクラウド33年はアイラ島のある蒸溜所のシングルモルト で、33年熟成です。この蒸溜所はアイラ島中心部のインダール湾に面し、島内最古の蒸溜所として知られています。また、伝統的なフロアモルティングでつくられるこの蒸溜所のウイスキーは「アイラの女王」と称されています。香りは熟したトロピカルフルーツ、ほんのりバーベキューバナナ、スモーキーなバニラを従えたピートが広がります。味わいは潮やヨウ素を含んだやや湿り気のあるスモーク、ラベンダー、パルマバイオレット、甘く熟したマンゴー、砂糖漬けの生姜に加えて柑橘やドライフルーツも現れます。フィニッシュにピートスモークやドライパイナップルを含んだ甘味が広がり、余韻が長く続きます。この蒸溜所の80年代の特徴であるパフュームを感じさせる紫色の花とフルーツの味わいが調和した希少なアイラシングルモルト。この蒸溜所の長熟は減少の一途をたどっています。商品名の「フィオナ・マクラウド」は19世紀のスコットランドの作家ウィリアム・シャープが執筆の際に使用していたペンネームに由来。香り：熟したトロピカルフルーツ、バーベキューバナナ、バニラ、ピート味：潮、ヨウ素、スモーク、パルマバイオレット、熟したマンゴー、砂糖漬け生姜、ドライフルーツ

世界三大貴腐ワインの一つとして知られるハンガリーの甘口白ワイン「トカイ」の空き樽で3年以上追熟した13年熟成です。日本向けのシングルカスクで、カスクストレングスボトリング。色はオレンジゴールド。香りはやや落ち着きのあるピートスモークのレイヤーの奥から焦げ目の付いたBBQアプリコット、熟れたカリン、ハチミツ、エルダーフラワーが広がります。味わいはグリルした桃と共にピートスモークが広がり、ハチミツの甘味にパイナップル、洋梨、青りんごといったフルーツが混ざり合います。フィニッシュにかけてブラックペッパーのアクセントが加わり、灰や蜜蝋の香りが抜けて行きます。トカイカスク由来のフルーツやハチミツの甘味とカリラのスモークが、3年の追熟によって素晴らしいバランスで調和したシングルカスクです。
