| Aran Quarter Cask After aging in bourbon barrels for 7 years, it is further aged for 2 years in 125 liter quarter casks and bottled at cask strength. The color is a shiny gold. The scent is apple tart, pineapple brioche, vanilla, and coconut. The taste is based on citrus, with warm cinnamon and sweet vanilla, followed by honey and pineapple. Additional aging in Otaru barrels allows you to enjoy the spicy taste of oak even more.
