Whiskey 44% The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao 700ml 1 bottle

The Harmony Collection is the first in Macallan's new series.

This bottle is a collaboration with Jordi Roca, the famous pastry chef of the Michelin 3-star restaurant ``El Cellar do Can Roca,'' and has the theme of ``a fusion of chocolate and whisky.''

We searched for a whiskey that had a chocolate-like aroma without actually using cacao, and carefully selected the whiskey from traditional European oak sherry casks.

The labels and boxes are made using a naturally occurring by-product (cacao shells) from the chocolate manufacturing process.
