Bimber sources the finest single malt whiskies, both in the Highlands and Speyside, and matures these whiskeys for a minimum of 12 years.
It is then expertly blended and further aged in the same Ex-Bourbon casks used to mature Bimber's award-winning London single malt whisky, resulting in bright fruit and spicy notes. The derived flavors enhance the complex layering to perfect balance.
Bottled at 46.3% alcohol with no coloration or chill filtration, Apogee Comes in bottles.
