In 1886, the prefectural governor, Akira Sakai, and the fifth generation, Kuhei Matsuura, declared that the king of the fish family, the sea bream, is as graceful and graceful as the sea bream.The sea bream that is produced in the Naruto Strait, in particular, is known for its firm flesh and fat as it travels up the rapids. It was named ``Naruto sea bream'' because of its delicious taste.

We use a lot of Yamahai sake mash and continue to maintain the tradition of over 200 years. The average rice polishing ratio is 59%, and we are dedicated to quality-oriented sake brewing. The ratio of sake with specific names such as ginjo, junmai, and honjozo accounts for over 90% of the sake produced. In addition to sake, we also manufacture and sell Sudachi sake, Naruto Kintokiimo shochu, and liqueurs.

All of the rice included in the ingredients of our products is domestically produced, and all of the rice malt is domestically produced.
