| Teeling is an independent bottler headquartered in Ireland's capital, Dublin, and has been active for a long time using whiskey from Cooley Distillery, but in 2015 they built their own distillery and began production. Two types of whiskey are produced: pot still whiskey and malt whisky. ``Teeling Single Grain'' is a standard bottle from the early days of Teeling that narrows down the source of the whiskey to one distillery and clearly states that it is single grain. Aged in California red wine Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Most of the mash bill is made of corn, and the sweet taste of the unblended sake blends beautifully with the aromas of spices and fruit from the barrels. |
