[Higashi Shuzo] Barley shochu 25° Katsu 1.8L bottle Mugi shochu

Supervised by Higashi Sake Brewery’s third generation brewer Sadao Maemura

This authentic barley shochu is a blend of atmospheric distilled liquor that emphasizes the characteristics of barley, aged in new oak barrels and old sake, and with particular emphasis on softness on the palate and smoothness on the palate.

Please enjoy the taste as it is. To mix with hot water, pour 5-6 parts of shochu into 80°C hot water and heat to 40-50°C. You can also enjoy it on the rocks or with water.
