Kagura Sake Brewery was founded in 1955 in Takachiho Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, the hometown of myth.Since then, we have constantly strived to improve quality and aim to create products that are loved by our company, with the company motto of "delivering excellent shochu to our customers." Since 2009, we have set up a new factory in Saito City, the prefecture, where potato cultivation is popular, and we have discovered the clear water of Saito Shimizu in the Shimizu district of Saito City, which is perfect for brewing. The shochu grown in this rich environment, with its climate and bright sunshine, is admired and loved by drinkers all over Japan.
Kagura Sake Brewery will continue to aim to produce ``delicious'' shochu that is ``safe and reliable,'' based on the abundant experience and technology that we have cultivated over many years, and with an uncompromising and sincere attitude.
Using Kogane Sengan from southern Kyushu, we succeeded in bringing out a bright and refreshing flavor by applying low-temperature distillation, which is rare for potato shochu.
