「老松酒蔵」— 銘酒の歴史は九州の小京都より。

大分県と福岡県境の近く、九州山地の美しい山々に囲まれた日田は、かつて江戸幕府の天領でした。そのため年貢の負担が軽いこともあり、九州の小京都といわれるほど独特の豊かな文化や産業が育った地方として知られています。この日田地方にある老松酒蔵の創業は、寛政元年(1789)と古い蔵元です。初代が創業当時、日田地方にある松の老い木がある老松神社の泉より湧き出る清浄な水が酒造りに適していたので、酒造りを始めました。これが老松酒造の名の由来です。

In the mountains of Hita, Oita Prefecture, there are men who are fascinated by wheat.

As the wheat harvest season approaches, the area around the factory turns golden yellow, and the mountains of Hita, which contain an inexhaustible amount of underground water, loom in the background.
