The predecessor of Takubo Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. was Kubo Jozo, which was founded in 1909.

The main ingredient is 100% potatoes from affiliated company Nakayama Shin Shoten (locally grown in Osumi, Kagoshima Prefecture).
We use 100% domestic rice, and some of our own rice.
