Peat smoke is produced in small batches using malt that has been strongly peated, and the production of this release is very small, using high quality Scottish barley malt with a high level of peat smoke of 57ppm.
This time too, only a small number of items, less than 400, have arrived.
tasting notes
Aroma: Plenty of smoke along with fragrant vanilla and light citrus peel.
Palate: Smooth charred oak with hints of honey and sweet ripe fruit.
Finish: Sweetness spreads with the embers of the bonfire.
