James E. Pepper 1776 Straight Bourbon Whiskey is created in partnership with a distillery in Indiana, based on collected materials and rare old bottles, in order to recreate the taste of the lost Pepper family whiskey. This is a straight bourbon whiskey that took 10 years to create.

Due to the high rye ratio of 38%, this straight bourbon is characterized by the rich sweetness of vanilla and honey that is unique to bourbon, as well as the spiciness derived from rye, and is characterized by a satisfying drink and an elegant texture.
