Killchoman Fino Sherry Cask
2nd release aged in fino sherry cask, which is rare in whisky.
Kilchoman Fino Sherry Cask uses heavily peated malt with a phenolic value of 50 ppm, which is made with plenty of peat from Islay, and is aged for at least 5 years in empty fino sherry barrels from Miguel Martin (Spain). Vatting 20 barrels.
You can enjoy the harmonious taste of Kilchoman with peat smoke, refreshing fruits and minerals derived from fino sherry barrels.
This is a rare whiskey that has been aged in light and dry fino sherry barrels, which is different from the Oloroso sherry barrels that have dried fruits and spices.
*For this product, after changing the material of the cap seal to one that is more environmentally friendly, problems such as the cap seal tearing during transportation to Japan occurred, so we repaired it with transparent shrink.
