Craigelaki 2011 Sherry Butt is aged for 10 years and bottled in a single cask with an alcohol content of 55%.
The color is golden amber.
The cask sample showed a bit of hardness, but by adding a very small amount of water, we were able to bring out the perfect balance of sweetness and spice from the sherry barrels.
