What is “non-chill filtered”?
Normal whiskey is chilled and filtered before bottling, but Kirin Whiskey Riku does not undergo this chilling and filtration, so almost no flavor components precipitate out.
This allows you to enjoy the original taste of unprocessed sake.
Therefore, we use a non-chill filtered manufacturing method and bottle it at an alcohol content of 50°.
