We want to make whiskey that is uniquely Okinawan and can only be made by being the oldest brewery in Okinawa.

We paid special attention to the blend ratio of whiskey and spirits.
We believed that if too many spirits were added, the product would fall outside the framework of whisky, resulting in a product that tastes good but is perceived as not being whisky.
Therefore, when releasing it as a whisky, we aimed for a flavor that would retain the original taste of whiskey while also allowing the flavor of the Okinawan awamori blended into the spirit to be felt firmly.

1. Use of 13-year-old Awamori stored in oak barrels Blended overseas (Scotland) blended whiskey with spirits based on 13-year-old Awamori stored in oak barrels, combining the powerful flavor of malt with the delicate flavor of rice. Added a soft sweetness.
2. Aging in new heavy char barrels By using new heavy char barrels, the vanilla aroma from old awamori sake and the vanilla aroma from the barrels are intricately intertwined to create a rich and mellow taste.
3. Non-chill-filtered manufacturing method The whiskey is bottled without chilling and filtration, with all the rich flavor components obtained through barrel aging, so you can enjoy the original taste of whiskey.
