●Taste/Features
Made using cherry blossom yeast isolated from the flowers of Nishinomiya City's original cherry tree ``Imazu Benikanzakura,'' and 100% Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, which is considered to be of particularly high quality among the highest quality rice suitable for sake brewing, ``Yamada Nishiki.'' This is rice daiginjo sake.
The taste is sweet and mellow, with a good balance between the sourness from the cherry blossom yeast and the sweetness of the rice from Yamada Nishiki, and the aftertaste disappears nicely. The scent is also modest, so you can enjoy it with any food.
