This product is made with carefully selected large Norwegian mackerel caught between September and October, when they are at their fattest, and is made using our unique manufacturing method to create a uniquely delicious taste. Furthermore, we do not use any chemical seasonings. In particular, mackerel fat contains a lot of EPA and DHA, which are good for the body.
