Yayoi Brown Sugar Shochu was founded in Taisho 11. The oldest brewery on Amami Oshima.
We continue to produce brown sugar shochu that resonates with people's hearts throughout the ages.

Founded in 1923 by Tami Kawasaki (first honorary citizen of Naze City).

"Brown sugar shochu" is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from brown sugar (sugar cane molasses), Amami's main agricultural product, and is a specialty product of Amami.
