Denen Sake Brewery
It was founded in 1890 as Tsukada Sake Brewery in the Tonohara Tenjin area. Yusuke Tsukada, the founder of Tsukada Sake Brewery, was the only one of four fathers and sons who participated in the Seinan Rebellion who survived and returned to Hiwaki, and was the great-grandfather of shochu expert Sadakiyo Tsukada (Special Advisor to Denen Sake Brewery, retired in 2007). At the time of our founding, we were manufacturing brown rice shochu called ``Tsukada'' using rice from Hinowaki. Although the name is ``Denen,'' when the first president (late) Toyokichi Honbo (who concurrently served as president of Honbo Sake Brewery and Satsuma Sake Brewery at the time) visited Hiwaki Town, he looked at the scenery around the factory and said, ``It really is a rural landscape.'' This word comes from the phrase, ``It's a rich place.'' From this point, the name Denen Sake Brewery was born by changing the word ``garden'' to ``en'' to give it a noble image.
Later, in 1991, we introduced unique techniques such as producing shochu that was accompanied by classical music, and developed the product with the catchphrase, ``Listening to Beethoven's Country Gardens has made it even more delicious.'' Ta.
田En Shochu is made by scientifically analyzing each step of the traditional manufacturing method passed down in Satsuma, from making koji to fermentation, distillation, and storage. We are manufacturing.
The trigger was BGM
Our company first started working on music preparation in 1990. In response to a request from an employee to play background music in the factory, we decided to play classical music...so we started playing music. After 6 months, the manufacturing staff complained that fermentation was faster in the fermentation tanks near the speakers. At first I was skeptical, but after hearing repeated voices, I started researching, and that's when I started preparing music.
Listen to music through vibrations
kuRather than just playing classical music, special speakers are attached to fermentation tanks and barrel storage to convert sound into vibrations and transmit it. Masu.
music vibration maturation system
Stylish・Playing music through speakers to food has no effect.
Stylish・To make food listen to music, it is necessary to make it feel like "musical vibrations that carry information."
When we say vibration, we attach a body sonic transducer to a stainless steel brewing tank to give it musical vibrations, so the brewing tank itself becomes an acoustic speaker and you can listen to beautiful music.
