Description of item
This seasoned ponzu sauce is made by combining yuzu juice squeezed whole with its skin with bonito and kelp stock. We use 100% yuzu from Kochi Prefecture, which is Japan's largest producer of yuzu. It can be used deliciously in a variety of menus such as hotpots and shabu-shabu, as well as seared dishes, salads, ohitashi, gyoza, and grilled fish.
