Kyoto Craft Cola No.0 is the master of the bar "Opus One & Menomosso" (closed), which has been loved for over 20 years in Sanjo Kiyamachi, Kyoto. This is an additive-free spiced cola syrup that was jointly developed by people such as , and ``Jushoji'', a Kyoto-based company that operates mainly in the organic/natural food wholesale business.
Adding 10 types of spices and citrus juice such as lemon and Shiranui to the raw material, high-quality cane sugar, creates a deep flavor that is spicy yet refreshing. This is a non-alcoholic product.
As a standard, you can mix it with carbonated water or milk (recommended!), or in the summer, you can top it with ice cream or shaved ice. Or, in winter, you can enjoy it deliciously as hot cola. It goes well with alcohol such as highballs, beer, gin, whisky, shochu, and rum, making it a product that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
