Hon mirin (product subject to liquor tax) with an alcohol content of 13.5% or more and less than 14.5%, made using the traditional method of making glutinous rice (domestic). It is characterized by its mellow sweetness, deep aroma, and beautiful amber color due to aging for about 1 to 2 months. Containing over 45% extract, it adds a mellow sweetness and rich texture to dishes. The alcohol eliminates the odor of meat and fish and gives it a nice flavor.
