Aran Wine Cask is a series of wines that are aged in traditional oak barrels and then additionally aged in empty barrels for each wine.
Additional aging is done with Portugal's fortified wine ``Port'', Italy's high-quality red wine ``Amarone'', and France's sweet botrytis wine ``Sauternes'', creating a wonderful fusion of wine and Aran malt with clean qualities.
Lochranza Distillery (formerly Arran Distillery) is a distillery owned by Isle of Arran Distillers and was established in 1995 in the village of Lochranza on the Isle of Arran in Scotland.
