The next generation of young brewers will explore the new appeal of German hops (*), which are believed to have been used when Yebisu Beer was released in 1890.
We adopted a traditional manufacturing method of adding hops in multiple batches, and a manufacturing method that utilizes modern equipment to bring out the gorgeous aroma of ancient hop varieties.
(*) Although no information remains on the hop varieties used at the time of release, it is estimated based on fragmentary information found.
